We use specialized food-grade, vacuum-sealed packaging and temperature-controlled logistics to ensure that every dish retains its authentic taste and freshness from our kitchen to your doorstep.
What is the typical delivery timeframe for my order?
Standard local deliveries are completed within 45-60 minutes. For regional shipping of packaged sweets and snacks, delivery typically takes 2-4 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer catering services for large events?
Yes, Haribhavanam provides full-service catering for weddings, corporate events, and private parties. You can contact our catering desk directly through the 'Bulk Orders' section on our website.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI payments (GPay, PhonePe), and secure net banking. Cash on Delivery is also available for specific pin codes.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Since we deal with perishable food items, orders can only be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement. Once the kitchen starts preparing your meal, we are unable to accept cancellations or modifications.
Are there any preservatives used in your packaged snacks?
At Haribhavanam, we pride ourselves on using traditional recipes. Our snacks and sweets are prepared without artificial preservatives, using natural ingredients to maintain the homemade quality we are known for.
